This includes developing interactive workshops to bring people together to advance progress on pressing social issues.
Let’s work together so we all can feel a sense of belonging, teams can effectively collaborate and innovate, and programmatic outcomes are achieved.
JLC’s founder brings 15 years of multi-disciplinary work overlapping diversity, equity, inclusion and conflict resolution with international education and leadership development. JLC focuses on instructional design and facilitating workshops on inclusion, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
"I contracted with Jessica to lead a conflict resolution seminar for 260 entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, countries, and languages, because I knew she was an expert on this topic who could also make it applicable and approachable. I met with Jessica to share the objectives for the session, and she prepared a thoughtful and interactive session for our participants. One of my favorite parts about working with Jessica is how approachable and open she is. After the seminar, participants walked away with tangible strategies to think about conflict a different way and were equipped with tools to apply when they next found themselves in conflict. I heard feedback from our participants that the information was “eye-opening” and new information for them. I highly recommend Jessica’s expertise on conflict resolution for any organization."

"The training with Jessica is one of the trainings I remember the most because I had significant learnings that have lasted over time and I have been able to apply it to my work. Jessica used very practical, innovative, and creative exercises, and she also adapted the training to the local context in Central America with an international audience. In a short time, I learned new content without feeling overwhelmed. Jessica managed to connect with all the participants and make us feel in a respectful, safe, and inclusive space."

"When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Jessica quickly utilized her vast training and facilitation skills to develop best practices for maintaining human connections in online learning and collaboration. She developed a training and toolkit on the topic and presented it to staff around the world. In designing and delivering training materials, Jess always considers access, safety, inclusion, and respect. This came through in the resources that she developed for our entire organization. Jessica's training helped our organization (and by extension, partners around the world) to collaborate in meaningful, authentic, and impactful ways when life as we knew it was changing so rapidly.”
